Reservation policy
By placing a €49.99 reservation, you are securing a spot in the limited Founder's Edition drop of Sonoir’s first modular, customizable speaker. This reservation deposit is credited toward the final purchase price if you proceed with your configuration and complete your order.
Should you decide to cancel, your deposit will be refunded minus transaction fees charged by our payment processor (Stripe).
In the event that Sonoir is unable to move forward with production — whether due to supplier constraints, technical feasibility, or other unforeseen circumstances — you will be notified immediately and your deposit will be automatically refunded.
Reservations do not guarantee final product delivery timelines, as production is still being scheduled in collaboration with local partners. We are committed to transparency and will keep all reservation holders updated as we progress.
